Why am I not getting any coffee or water out of the brewer?

First, make sure the needle is puncturing the hole and water is getting into the capsule.  The capsule should be pre-punctured, but if it is not you can use a sharp knife to cut a slit where the needle would go into the top. Second, try just brewing with no coffee in the capsule and see if everything is flowing correctly. Once you have done that you can start to put coffee into the capsule. If you can not get water to flow through it, then that needs to be worked on first.
