I am having troubles cleaning it. How do I clean it?

The upper section of the capsule has an enclosed area which sometimes gets coffee particles in it.  This will not effect the use of the capsule and should be ignored. If you are having troubles getting the water completely out, just use the upper hole and blow through it.  That will force the water out.
