Ingredients:

Cool off in the sweetest way possible! This indulgent iced latte comes together with just a few ingredients and packs in all the buttery, spiced flavor of your favorite cookie.

  • 3 shots espresso

  • 1 tbsp cookie butter

  • Milk of your choice

  • Optional: Crumbled Biscoff cookies for topping.

Instructions:

This iced latte is built in layers, so each sip is packed with flavor. Start by making your coffee ice cubes, then build up to a smooth and creamy finish.

  1. Make the Coffee-Infused Ice Cubes: Brew 1 shot espresso. Fill ice cube molds with a ratio of 2 parts coffee to 1 part water. Freeze until solid

  2. Brew Cookie Butter Coffee: Add 1 tbsp cookie butter to the bottom of a glass. Brew 2 shots of espresso directly over the cookie butter and mix until combined.

  3. Bring it Together: Fill a glass with coffee-infused ice cubes. Add 1/3 cup milk. Top with the cookie butter coffee, then stir and enjoy!
