Can I use the packs, capsules, or pods to make hot chocolate?

In general no.  Most hot chocolate mixes sold in stores 'clumps' when water is applied.  If you put this mixture in a capsule, most of it remains in the capsule after you have brewed. We reccomend that you just use your brewer as a hot water source and put the hot chocolate in afterwards.

When I ordered, I got two emails. One from My-Cap and one from Paypal. Am I being charged twice?

You have only been charged once.  One email is from our ordering system acknowledging the order.  The second email is from the payment system.  We assure you, you are only being charged once.

How do I return a product?

We accept returns up to 30 days after you have purchased a product.  Postage for return is the customers responsibility.

Please contact us at info@my-cap.com or (877) 398-1246 before you return your item if you are having problems.  We will do everything we can to help you.

If you do decide to return your item, you may send it back to us at the address below. Once we receive your return we will refund your money back to your original funding source within a few days.
