Description
Three cutting boards shaped like books, each in a different wood and engraved on the spine so you always grab the right one: light for fruit and vegetables, dark for cheese and bread, walnut for meat. Stood in the matching wooden base they read like a small library on the counter.
Each board is 2 cm of A-grade solid wood, treated against mould and insects, with a juice groove on the cutting side. Keeping raw meat, dairy and produce on separate boards is the simplest way to avoid cross-contamination, and this set makes it look good.
What’s included
3 × solid-wood cutting boards, 33 × 25 × 2 cm each, 1 × wooden book stand. Hand wash and oil occasionally. FSC / CE certified.

Three different woods, three different jobs. The spines are engraved so the set reads like book titles when it is stood in the base, and the 2 cm thickness gives each board the weight to stay put while you chop. Treated against mould and insects, and finished so it can be oiled and kept for years.
One board per job
Light wood for fruit and vegetables, dark for cheese and bread, walnut for meat.
Flip to the grooved side to catch juices, then slide it back into the stand.

Raw meat, dairy and produce each get their own board, labelled so nobody mixes them up.
