Description
A small corner mat that makes every tamp level. Hook the portafilter spout into the curved lip, press down, and the silicone grips the counter so nothing slides. The soft surface protects your worktop and the portafilter from scratches and knocks.
Moulded from food-grade silicone in a low, minimalist shape that tucks against the edge of the counter and stays there. One universal size fits 51, 53 and 58 mm baskets, it weighs 20 g, and it rinses clean under the tap.

The curved lip cradles the portafilter spout so the basket sits flat and square while you press. The silicone underside grips the counter and the top surface cushions the metal, which means an even, repeatable tamp without scratched worktops or a portafilter that skids away mid-press.
Hook, press, pull
Set the mat at the corner of the counter and rest the portafilter spout in the lip.
Tamp straight down. The silicone holds everything still, then lift and lock in.
